An award- winning salesperson, Paula spent almost 20 years in corporate life and has held numerous sales management, sales and human resources management positions for Fortune 500 companies, including General Electric and Sanofi-Aventis (formerly Rhone-Poulenc Rorer). Her professional background includes coaching, sales, sales management, training, recruiting, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and human resources management.


Paula began her corporate career when she was selected for General Electric's highly competitive Human Resources Management Program and directed the recruitment of over 200 positions in engineering, finance, human resources and manufacturing ranging from Vice Presidents to individual contributors. She managed two compensation budgets of $40M and $250M for employees in high-tech environments. At GE she was awarded The Managerial Award for innovation.


At Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Paula coached and advised senior and middle management in the International and Pharmaceutical Divisions. She coached senior executives in all departments including Human Resources, Finance, Sales and Marketing.

In sales she exceeded national quota each year, and, after being promoted to Area Business Manager, led her group to the Area of the Year award. Paula's awards included Rhone-Poulenc Rorer’s highest sales award: "The President's Club" for outstanding sales over the course of her sales career.


Paula has a Master's degree with honors in Counseling and Human Resources from the State University of New York at Albany and a B.S. with honors in Speech and Hearing Handicapped from the State College at Cortland, New York.
